1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2 ounces prepared horseradish
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
1 (2 ounce) can shrimp, drained
1/3 cup lobster meat
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup lemon zest
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Mix in horseradish, sour cream, vinegar, salt and pepper. Beat in shrimp, lobster meat, mushroom and lemon juice. Mix together and spread evenly on a jelly roll pan. Cover jelly roll pan and chill in refrigerator.
Prepare the lobster dip according to package directions. Fold the lobster mixture into horseradish, sour cream, vinegar mixture. Spread mixture onto jelly roll pan lined with waxed paper and baste liberally with lemon juice and parsley.
