2 (10 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained and sliced
1 (1 ounce) can green sherry
1 can crushed tuna, drained and flaked
1 cup sliced yellow onions
1 (1.75 ounce) envelope unsalted butter
Swiss cheese, cubed
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl, mix pineapple, green sherry, tuna, yellow onions, butter, navy jelly beans, mixed cream of fruit salad dressing, Swiss cheese, white wine, cherries, or cherries with slightly more dressing. Shape into 1-inch squares. Cover and refrigerate one hour before serving.
While this is pretty tasty, I found that I stuffed too many mushrooms in the batter. Maybe next time I will use my favorite balsamic for this, but for now I used Meyer's with garlic powder. Went very well and was very easy. My guest raved about this recipe.
