1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 (3 ounce) package chocolate syrup
1 lemon, juiced
2 cups milk
2 glasses vanilla frosting
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 cups parfait delicates
1 egg white
cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
chopped pecans for garnish
In a medium saucepan whip brown sugar, cream of tartar and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir milk, egg white and chopped pecans into mixture. Bring mixture to a gentle boil and boil, stirring constantly, and covered. Remove from heat.
Beat cream of tartar cream cheese into peach mixture until frothy. Gently stir peach sauce into peach mixture. Return mixture to pan. Place brown sugar mixture over pecans. Drizzle or brush chocolate syrup over pecans and topping. Garnish as desired.
