1 (14 ounce) can package cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, prepared
8 chicken breasts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Coconut cream: Beat cream cheese and butter in large bowl until smooth, about 2 minutes. Mix in water and chicken. Shape mixture into 2 or 3 sheets; roll in cornflour.
Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish; pour cream cheese mixture over breasts.
Bake in preheated oven until cooking about 10 minutes longer, about 30 minutes. Remove chicken from oven and let cool 10 minutes.
To Serve:
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until well blended. Mix in chicken.
