2 juice jell-O mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups milk chocolate chips
In a medium saucepan, mix together the juice mixture with the vegetable oil until smooth; pour over pudding and spoon evenly into the glass glass of chocolate.
For the filling, stir together the cocoa powder, milk, orange zest and vanilla until smooth. Spoon over pudding in a single layer in a small square shape. Dust with chocolate chips. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and these were amazing! My husband complained when they were all gone. My only warning would be to be careful when grilling over high heat such as a propane torch.
