1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach or frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 cups chicken broth
4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
In a large bowl, mix spinach, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower and onion and drain.
In a medium saucepan, heat oil in 1/4 cup water to boiling. Add chicken broth, stirring. Stirring constantly, continue to heat until medium heat, and stirring constantly. When chicken is cooked, stir in parsley, and serve.
