1 quart water
1 cup uncut all-purpose flour
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (4 ounce) can diced green onions, drained
1 (9 ounce) package venison feeds (click for large 10.5 ounce package), divided
2 teaspoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour or cubemaking mix
Preheat oven on broiler setting with foil.
Place flour in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in milk, 1/2 cup at a time while stirring. Cook 2 minutes. When mixture is hot, gently pour remaining cup into pan and stir together. Broil for 20 minutes or until bubbles form at edges. Drain and stir into soup mixture. Return pasta mixture to pan with all remaining portion of flour.
Place quarter or piece of cooked pasta in bottom of pie pan, slightly above marinade. Set gratin over pasta and slice provided.
Spread tomato sauce and white chocolate over pastry, garnish with Parmesan cheese crackers and parsley flakes if desired. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
