Five Minute Potato Soup Recipe

Ingredients

1 medium potato, cubed

2 (11 ounce) cans chicken broth

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed chicken broth

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup

Directions

Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan in a medium saucepan or large Dutch oven dish, and heat over medium heat. Cover, and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat. Stir in the vegetable broth still in saucepan, and pour over chicken, celery and potatoes, stirring well. Cover pot and let simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.

Return pot to heat. Stir in celery soup, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat, stir in the broth (most of the can be used, broiler first is preferred) and continue to simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, turning frequently.
