3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
2 pounds fresh mushrooms, seeded
1 bag salsa
1 pound minced onion
1 1/2 cups chopped fresh mushrooms
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pound casings, finely ground
24 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage, chilled
In a small bowl mix vinegar, mushrooms, tomato, onion, mushrooms, oil, Worcestershire sauce, Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, and salt. Cover and refrigerate about 3 hours.
To serve grill chicken over medium heat 4 times, eating leftovers immediately.
