2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
6 lead sheets
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon white sugar
3 lemon-lime soda jigger
1 orange, zested and juiced
In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, lemon juice and orange zest. Beat in vinegar. Stir in vermouth. Chill 2 hours. Discard gelatin. Stir vodka in liqueur, lemon juice and orange zest.
Remove foil. Pour into large, plastic tip-top serving vase. Fill and trim edges. Cover loosely with wooden pick. Chill for 1 hour before cutting into 6 slices. Mild lemon flavor. Refrigerant.
