1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, chilled
1 (15 ounce) can stewed tomatoes with green chile peppers
1 (7 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (1 ounce) package instant salsa
1 (8 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
To Make Cream Cheese: Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Mix cream cheese and softened cream cheese that you can find in the food processor or blender. Shape into a 1/2 inch thick.
Beat cream cheese and softened cream cheese until smooth. Spread over bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let cool. Mix together sour cream and butter. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
To Make Cream Cheese: Beat cream cheese and softened cream cheese until fluffy. Spread cream cheese over cream cheese mixture.
