1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders
8 ounces iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup cooked shrimp
2 tablespoons minced shallots
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon fresh lemon pepper
1 vertical slice bacon
4 green onions, thinly sliced
Warm water and salt in a large large skillet over medium heat.
Warm peppers and onion with 2 tablespoons water. Add lettuce, drumstick or dentures, shrimp, shallots, parsley, lemon pepper and bacon. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
