1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast meat
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 (10 ounce) can peeled and concentrated lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
Place chicken in a shallow dish. Mix lemon juice, lemon-lime soda, and salt and pepper into dish; mix well. Pour lemon mixture over chicken and sprinkle with flour. Cover dish and let stand 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake chicken uncovered 15 minutes, turning frequently, until no pink remains. Reduce heat to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C) and cook 20 minutes more, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
