1 cup cola-flavored carbonated soft drink mix
1 cup instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (18 ounce) can crushed pineapple juice
1 cup vodka
In a small bowl, mix cola-flavored carbonated soft drink mix, pudding mix and pineapple juice. Pour over jelly-roll molds in a single layer. Cover molds tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
After the molds have risen, remove them from their plastic wrap and discard plastic wrap. Insert a knife or metal spatula in the top of each mold. Carefully remove mold and cut the mold in half, leaving one half.
Pour cola-flavored carbonated soft drink mix mixture from mold into molds. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Cool slightly to allow a tester to be inserted.
