1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 pints vanilla flavored Jell-O mix
1 cup coconut cream
2 cups chopped pitted dates
Combine cream cheese, sugar, milk, vanilla, gelatin and coconut cream in large mixer bowl. Beat on medium speed of mixer for 5 minutes. Mix in dates.
Pour mixture into graham cracker crust. Cover and chill for 24 hours or overnight.
Remove from refrigerator. Top with whipped cream and coconut cream.
