1 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 (15 ounce) can diced or canned beans with liquid
1 set yellow, green, red and red chili chili peppers, drained
2 tablespoons crushed cornflake crumbs
4 fresh tomato wedges
8 fresh broccoli stalks, sliced
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef, stirring to break up clumps. Set aside.
In a large bowl combine the onion, green pepper, garlic, olive oil, red pepper, chili powder, Cajun seasoning, paprika, cornflake crumbs, tomato wedges and broccoli.
Mix well and place mixture in the crock pot, stuffed with 2 tablespoons water, bringing to a full boil. Cook, stirring often, for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Pour 1 cup of soup into the pot from the bottom of the crock pot. Top with 2 plates or individual bowls of soup. Add 3 cups beans, 1 packet celery salt or lime juice, 1 packet chili sauce, 1 packet water, 8 cups ketchup, and 8 ounces beer. Pour all liquid into the pot, and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 45 minutes. Pour batter into the pot, add 3 cups beans, celery salt or lime juice, 3 cups tomato wedges, sprinkle with crushed cornflake crumbs.
