2/3 cup water
1/4 cup chicken bouillon granules
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 onion, sliced into 1/8 inch cubes
8 steamed red potatoes
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
In a large pot over medium heat, combine water, chicken bouillon, vegetable oil, onion, potatoes, cheese, red onion and cheese. Simmer for about 30 minutes, stir occasionally.
