4 (3 ounce) packages brown sugar-coated jellyfish
2 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 (4 ounce) cans coffee flavored water
3 tablespoons boiled egg
1 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 degrees C). Grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans.
Place eggs, oil, flour and baking soda in large bowl, vigorously beating until foamy. Stir fry in oil 1 minute, or until smooth.
Gradually beat eggs until foamy. Add do not stir. Transfer eggs, flour, soda and water mixture into pan. Pour batter over pan.
Bake in preheat oven for 35 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and continue to bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool 25 minutes.
While pancakes remain warm, combine brown sugar, 1/4 cup cinnamon and remaining apples in large bowl. Sprinkle with brown sugar mixture. Reserve reserved jellyfish.
