1 (19 ounce) can refried Beans
4 (6 ounce) cans diced green chile peppers
4 onions, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14.5 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (10 ounce) can mixed salsa
1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 (8 ounce) can pinto beans, drained
2 (6 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
In a medium saucepan, stir together refried beans, chile peppers, onions, garlic, tomato sauce and cream cheese. Cover, and cook over medium high heat until heated through.
Sprinkle the beans with shredded cheese, and mix well.
Microwave refried beans for approximately 30 seconds to medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in Swiss cheese. Simmer covered for about 5 minutes, until heated through.
