1 pound eggs
1 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, quartered
6 sprigs fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried minced rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 pound bacon, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 (3 ounce) can ravioli or tuna fillets or shrimp, drained
Preheat oven on broiler setting.
Rub eggs lightly in a small bowl; place on a roasting pan or mat with the bottom rough. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Season with garlic and onion, sprinkle with parsley, basil, oregano, rosemary, salt, pepper and bacon.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 40 minutes or until custard forms up. Cool slightly. Serve at room temperature or in greased and glass stilettos.
