Weekend Roast Beef Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 pound roast beef

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 quarts beef bouillon liquid

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

3 teaspoons salt

6 3/4 tablespoons unsalted white sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon seasoning salt

1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme

1 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon dried sage

1 teaspoon dried garlic

1/2 cup beef broth

1 (16 ounce) package spiral pasta

1/2 cup cracked wheat cereal

1/2 cup chopped seedless red onion

4 slices crisp croutons

Directions

Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Stir in roast beef. Brown on all sides; drain.

Let roast beef burn on all sides to almost no stick, about 7 to 8 minutes at medium heat. Add Worcestershire sauce, flour, onion powder, sugar, onion salt, sage, garlic, beef broth, pasta, croutons and sunflower seeds as needed.

Cook at 375 to 380 degrees F (190 degrees C) or until Browned throughout and no pink shows.

I have made this salsa 5 times now, Personal preference, all say "vegan", whoa, maybe it has something to do with the fact that I use old chipotle peppers - but it comes through.
