1 (18 ounce) package vanilla cookie mix
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup chopped peaches
In a large bowl, mix together the cookie mix, whole milk, vanilla extract, and pineapple with juice. Cover, and chill for at least 8 hours.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9 inch custard or pie pan. Roll the vanilla mixture into 1 inch balls. Place balls in the pan, and flatten slightly with the tip of a wooden spoon. Bake in preheated oven for about 10 minutes, until slightly browned.
