6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup milk
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1/4 cup crushed pepper
Place chicken in a large bowl and pour butter or margarine over it. Mix in milk, onion, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder and garlic salt. Mix thoroughly and transfer chicken to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Dust chicken with Creole seasoning, tomato paste and crushed pepper.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 3 hours. Turn chicken over and bake an additional 10 minutes.
