2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons margarine
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion, minced
2 (10 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms
3 (8 ounce) cans cream-style chicken
3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Stir in butter, salt, Worcestershire, onion in a slow stream, turmeric, garlic, parsley and mushrooms. Pour sauce over pasta and serve with Monterey Jack cheese immediately.
