1 (1 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup hot water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (8 ounce) can diced green chile peppers, divided
1 (2.25 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Rub tomato, red pepper and onion into taco shells. Spread the cream cheese mixture inside the shells.
Repeat seam-sealing with remaining fruits, vegetables and fish. Place taco shells into greased cookie sheets.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes, flip the ttacos on to the forced baking sheet, and bake 15 to 20 minutes more, or until some of them are golden brown, turning once. Serve at once.
