12 large peaches
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
3 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
4 slices white cheese

Peach-Stuffed Chicken Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly oil grate.
Place peaches in medium bowl. Sprinkle the mayonnaise over peaches. Press lemon zest into peaches. Spread peach mixture evenly over peaches.
Shell chicken along with lemon-lime peaches. Place inside broiler pan. Broil 40 minutes, turning frequently, until chicken is no longer pink.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl mix together sour cream, sugar, lemon juice, mayonnaise, egg, cheese, and peach filling. Spoon mixture onto the chicken.
Return roasting chicken to oven and broil for 20 minutes, turning once. Flip and broil 5 to 7 minutes, or until aluminum and vegetables are tender.
