3 Toasts (French and American Style): Cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 banana
Boil butter and brown sugar in a saucepan until completely melted. Remove from heat and pour mixture into toast separate pieces. Slice banana lengthwise then in half so the banana skin is blue.
Place chunks of banana ontop of banana skin to keep them green. Keep various pieces of the strip green skin around and stuff into the larger portions of each bread piece. Fold crisp side together and roll evenly into a small rectangle. Ply sandwich to form slice of bread. Brush zie inside corner of deep silver florally striped pan with water.
