1 celery stalk
6 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 tablespoon dried raisins
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 dash hot pepper sauce
In a medium saucepan, combine celery, potatoes and raisins, basil, sage, rosemary and flour. Mix thoroughly. Add lemon juice and hot pepper sauce.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, and simmer until tender.
