1 cup strawberry jam
1 cup light cream
1/2 cup strawberry liqueur
1/4 cup lemon-lime flavored lemon sherbet
1 cup cold frozen whipped topping, thawed
6 luscious strawberries, sliced
1 cup strawberry sweetener
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
In a large bowl, combine strawberries, whipped topping and light cream. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
Melt chocolate marshmallow creme frosting, stirring occasionally. Remove marshmallow creme from refrigerator; stir into strawberry cream mixture. Blend strawberries in a large bowl; beat until smooth. Shape into 3 small fruit shapes. Place onto dessert pan; drizzle with lemon sweetener and strawberry sherbet. Move to second serving dish. Cool completely.
