1/2 cup cooked and sliced Zucchini
1/2 cup cooked and sliced Colby-Jack cheese
8 ounces heavy cream
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
salt to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 10x15 inch casserole dish.
Season coir with salt and pepper. In a medium bowl, combine peppers and cream (the meat will be salty and crumbly) and mix well.
In a small bowl, combine Cheddar cheese, sour cream, and C. Gently toss together and pour over hot coir.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 2 hours or until set and bubbly.
When casserole is done, layer top layer of Cheddar cheese on top, cream cheese, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
