1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
2 (8 ounce) cans coconut cream
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened coconut milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
6 bananas, sliced
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Beat cream with 1/2 cup coconut milk. Stir in vanilla extract, bananas and nuts. Spread cream mixture over bottom of pastry.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
