1 (3 pound) piece dry chicken dinner rolls
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons orange juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Brush chicken with egg whites. Place chicken in the center of a single layer of dinner rolls. Pour orange juice over the top of the rolls.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 3 hours, basting with egg white while still warm. No need to brown on outside of rolls while cooking. Let cool.
