Easy Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

2 packages pizza crusts, baked and inflated

2 rounds pizza sauce, divided

2 frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed

2 eggs, beaten

12 ounces cooked chicken meat - cut into chunks (extra hard cooked beef will cook faster on its own)

2 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Directions

It was amazing! I first tried this out for a party and they disappeared very quickly. Next time I will try it for a holiday dinner and see if I need to alter it.
