1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup boiled ham, raw
Wine-based wine for frying
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
6 ounces mixed cheese slices
Heat olive oil in a large bowl over medium heat.
Apply ham to bottom of pan. Fry over medium heat until crisp; drain 1 slice. Discard any remaining 1 slice. Drain ham mixture completely.
Place Swiss cheese and mozzarella cheese slices in pan. Fry over medium heat until heated through. Stirring constantly, cook until cheese is melted and cheese is melted.
Fry the ham mixture in 2 tablespoons of oil; set aside. Return replaced ham mixture to pan on skillet. Fry very slowly until heated through. Remove ham mixture from skillet.
