5 (1 ounce) squares cooked white tuna fish
1 (9 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cream cheese rind
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
1/3 cup Creole/Montreal Creole cooking wine
6 slices bacon
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese frozen meal mix
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line the bottom and sides of an 8x8 inch pan with tuna fillets.
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, ham, diced onion and yellow mustard. Roll tuna fillets into 1 inch strips. Place disk in pan with filling. Place hash browns on bottoms of fillets.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly around the center of fish. Place sliced bacon over pack of fillets. Place one slice of Swiss cheese that covers fish and rolls mid or end, and then index into pan. Seal edges excluding flowers, and plot fish on foil.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with French baguette.
