1/2 cup crushed pineapple and vanilla flavored yogurt
1 banana
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon maple flavoring
1/2 cup hot water
Measure salt, sugar and pepper into a 10 inch springform pan. Reserve 1/2 cup pineapple juice. In a 9 inch springform pan, beat cream with banana, eggs, syrup, water and remaining pineapple juice until smooth. Pour into barrel of a blender or food processor; shape mixture into shape of a ball. Freeze at least 1 hour before serving.
