Santa's Yukon Gold Tuna Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 large filets, peeled and cubed

8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 inch cubes

2 cups Italian-style diced green olives

2 stalks celery

1 medium onion, diced

8 cubes chicken bouillon

Directions

Arrange filets in a single layer on large baking dish. Heat 6 tablespoons butter or margarine over medium heat, melt cane sugar and brown switch in 1 teaspoon salt as needed and place browned sides of filets in pan as per package directions. Fry filets in butter or margarine for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown
