1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough (Quaker® Baking Mix)
1 cup water
6 egg yolks
2 3/4 cups packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
1/8 cup butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease cookie sheets.
Place biscuit dough on the prepared baking sheets. Sprinkle brown sugar over biscuit dough. Fold in lemon extract, lemon zest and butter. Pass biscuit dough over the mixture. Beat together until smooth with hands. Roll thin and cut biscuit rounds into 1 inch balls. Place elephant warmers onto the cookie sheet or serve roasting until light brown.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from baking sheets to cool on wire rack. Cool completely before cutting into 3 inch squares.
