Peach and Lemon Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked

2 (3 ounce) packages instant peaches, halved and sliced

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon light brown sugar

1 lemon, juiced

1 cup raisins

1 cup sliced almonds

1 orange, sliced

1/2 cup chopped peaches

1/2 cup white sugar

1 (21 ounce) can pineapple juice

1 (15 ounce) can sliced peaches

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

In a large bowl, stir together lemon juice, peach preserves, cream cheese, brown sugar, lemon juice and peach preserves. Stir to coat. Pour mixture into baked pie shell. Chill until serving.

Combine peaches, lemon juice, lemon juice and peach preserves; mix until smooth. Cut in lemon juice. Spread peach mixture in pie crust. Garnish with almonds and peaches. Serve at room temperature.
