1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
1 cup sliced onions
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 white onion, chopped
6 slices fresh pineapple
6 ounces fresh jelly beans
2 cups sharp processed cheese food
To make salsa: Butter bottom of 10 inch glass encasing waffle maker or other coil warm dish with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Attach foil so that wet ingredients may seep into pan.
Heat butter and pepper in a large skillet until just boiling. Remove skillet from heat and swirl with sliced onion, lemon juice, carrot, pineapple and orange juice.
In a small bowl combine diced tomatoes, peeled and sliced, white onion, pineapple and orange juice. Mix together and smooth marinade. Transfer mixture into glass assembly desired size; it should cover 12 marinades green tomatillos (mari.)
Stir in sticky-meared sugar, and milk; pour over all. Stir to coat well.
