1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, juice reserved
2 cups water
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 lemons, sliced
1 cup white sugar
5 teaspoons vanilla extract
Combine all remaining ingredients except chocolate chips and lemon juice in a large microwave-safe bowl. Blend until smooth. Pour batter into lightly greased and floured 12-cup Bundt Mound cake mix pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before serving.
