1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon grated onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, onion, garlic powder, horseradish, salt and pepper. Shape into a 1-inch-thick sandwich with hands. Chill in refrigerator overnight or until cheese is hard.
Store sandwiches frozen for up to 12 hours (using a metal (nonstick) thaw carton) or 12 hours for straight-aways.
