1 (6 ounce) package white cake mix
1 (4 ounce) can sliced pineapple with juice
1 Cup maple syrup
3 bananas, diced
1 pint frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup cranberries
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup pineapple juice concentrate
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Set aside.
In a large bowl, toss together cake mix, pineapple, syrup, bananas, oranges, strawberries, pineapple juice concentrate, cranberries and pineapple juice concentrate. Pour mixture into pie pan and bake undiluted at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), cooling completely. Serve immediately and chill in refrigerator.
