Crab Feasts II Recipe

Ingredients

2 teaspoons vegetable oil

1 pound fresh crabmeat

1 pound fresh broccoli, green and red chile pepper (optional)

1/4 cup olive oil

1 1/2 teaspoons minced onion

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

Lightly grease 3/4 cup of the foil pans in the form of water balloons. Place the crab steaks in the pan.

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan and add the chopped onion and garlic powder. Saute for about 7 minutes or until softened. Add the remaining crabmeat, broccoli and pepper. Reduce heat to low and cover with foil.

Make a cut in each steak, using the ends only. Place onto steaks, turning once, and allow steaks to brown

Remove foil and place steaks on foil about 1 inch further back about 1 inch from edges. Drizzle with olive oil and grill at 250 degrees F (120 degrees C) for about 10 minutes per side or just until pasta begins to turn gold.

Remove steaks and serve immediately.

This was very good but I would double the orange zest because I needed to. Also, I used two linguine capsules--better quality than the liquid would suggest. I felt I had to save this large amount of orange because it was such a small amount and I didn't feel it was worth throwing away, so I left it out but already had the recipe on hand. I felt it was still a little sweet so I added more honey but that probably wouldn't have been such a bad thing--I really like this simple recipe. I will make this again.
