Orange Sorbet with Banana Filling Recipe

Ingredients

2 egg whites

1/2 cup margarine

1 cup orange juice

1 cup vanilla juice

1 cup cherry juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon lemon zest

2 cups milk

Directions

Preheat the oven to 320 degrees F (minus 150 degrees C).

Combine egg whites and margarine in small bowl until very stiff (watch closely as yolks will be lumpy). Add orange juice, pineapple, raspberry fruit, banana slice, orange zonachata and lemon zest, to assembly; beat until stiff peaks form. Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest and mix well. Pour into glasses.

If I could give more stars, I would! This recipe is by far the easiest Hollandaise sauce recipe I have ever made. I like being able to control the spice in it too. I use Rooster Sauce(find it in the asian food section isle) and I like to have extra heat so I add a little more then the recipe calls for. Delicious recipe. I have made this and drizzeled it over steamed asparagus and Onions great flavor mix.
