Banana Caramel Kisses Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 cup condensed cream of coconut pudding

1 cup sifted all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

2 eggs

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup milk

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup banana chunks

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix the thawed powdered sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, baking powder, eggs and sugar. Make a well in the center of the mixture and pour in the whipping cream, flour mixture and banana chunks. Mix just enough to moisten the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Trim edges to fit the bottom of the pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Remove from oven and brush top with the milk and vanilla mixture. Cool completely. Cut into bars and serve.
