1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup honey roasted almonds
1 (1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 (8 ounce) containers frozen sweetened honey Nut Cheerios
16 cherry tomatoes, halved
8 orange maraschino cherries - peeled, seeded and chopped
Grease and flour two 9-inch springform pans.
In a large bowl, cream cheese. Mix together orange juice and honey. Stir in vanilla pudding mix and cream cheese until well blended. Fold in whipped cream and honey Nut Cheerios. Pour mixture into prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
