1 pound pork chops
6 egg yolks
1 tablespoon soy sauce
6 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon powdered garlic
1 dash garlic powder
1 dash Italian seasoning
1 dash Italian pepper seasoning
1 dash paprika
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Place pork chops in a large mixing bowl.
In a saucepan, mix egg yolks, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and paprika. Place pork chops in mixing bowl with saucepan mix. Cover, remove from heat, and let marinate in refrigerator 6 hours.
Heat marinade in a small saucepan over medium heat. Mix thoroughly. Heat remaining marinade in a small saucepan, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens enough.
Stir remaining soy sauce and brown sugar into marinade; spoon into chops. Cover and refrigerate chops for 1 hour or longer baking.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Lightly coat chops with marinade. Place in oven, uncovered, and brush with marinade. Brush chops with water and sprinkle with paprika and marinade. Boil chop for 30 minutes. Drain fat, place chopped chops into a bowl, and toss again. Sprinkle remaining marinade over chops.
Combine marinated recipe ingredients and Worcestershire sauce and paprika in small bowl. Stir gently.
Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 20 minutes.
