1 (10 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (6 ounce) can tomato juice
1/2 cup molasses
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste with liquid
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
In a large pot over medium heat, mix the salt, garlic, pepper, dill weed, oregano, parsley, onion, olive oil, water, tomato paste, tomato juice, molasses, and water. Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until all ingredients are heated through.
Remove pork from oven and place in a large microwave ready bowl or casserole dish. Heat 1 tablespoon of tomato paste in microwave to near boiling, stirring occasionally, until paste begins to brown.
