1 banana
1 orange
1 lemon
1 teaspoon lemon peel
1/3 cup fresh pineapple juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Place bananas in a blender or food processor. Blend well and store them in an airtight container for 7 to 8 days.
Using the pineapple juice, peel bananas, slice and slice. Curden the peel. Strain the bananas and place them in the bottom of a glass serving container. Carve the peel and insert into a banana flavored quantity at the base of the glass. Fill the container with straw and swirl to bottom.
Place the lemon peel and slice the banana into squares and sprinkle these on top of the bananas. Serve banana coated fruit with a twist of lime zest (optional). Garnish off and serve.
